  • Contact form: name, email address, telephone number, subject and the content of your message.
  • Revenue estimator: details of your property (town, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, capacity and features) together with your name, email address and telephone number, so that we can send you the resulting revenue report.

Providing this data is voluntary, but the fields marked as required are necessary for us to reply to you or produce your report. Without them we cannot process your request.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data to answer your enquiry, to prepare and send the revenue report you request, to provide our property management services where a contract is agreed, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your data for automated decisions producing legal effects, and we do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent for enquiries, estimator reports and analytical cookies (article 6(1)(a) GDPR); on the performance of a contract where you engage our services (article 6(1)(b)); and on compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules (article 6(1)(c)).

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@solmonti.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

  • Booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, where you engage us to manage your property and a listing requires it.
  • Our accountants, tax advisers and lawyers, and public authorities where the law requires disclosure.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers, including Vercel and Resend, are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. You may request a copy of these safeguards by writing to info@solmonti.com.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify inaccurate data, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

To exercise these rights, write to info@solmonti.com stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching proof of identity. We will respond within one month.

9. Right to complain

If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
