We're property owners on the Costa Blanca ourselves and have been coming here our whole lives. When we looked for management for our own apartment and villa, which we have owned here for many years, we contacted more than 30 agencies on the Costa Blanca, and none of them could deliver the quality and standard we are used to from growing up in Germany and Switzerland. Some didn't even answer, or took a very long time to respond. Others only advertise on a handful of channels because of the high cost of marketing on platforms like Booking.com. And the large ones were completely opaque. So we decided to build something better.

Solmonti was founded by Dr. Jessica Maly, who holds a doctorate in finance focused on AI applications. She spent years in the financial sector and in tech roles at leading institutions.
